How do matches work?
We work with renters and real estate folks and learn what is upcoming in the market beforehand. We verify upcoming availability, score fit, and send you private alerts. You have a 72‑hour priority window to act.
Do you handle leases?
No. You sign directly with the landlord or property manager. We are a private access and matching service.
